That the Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) Board approve the City of Napa’s appointment of Ray Baxter and the County of Napa’s upcoming appointments of Antoinette Freeman and Jason Dominici to serve as a member on the NVTA Active Transportation Advisory Committee.
