Recommended Action
That the Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) Board authorize the Executive Director, or designee, to execute and allow minor modifications to Purchase Orders 26-P01 to acquire four public transit vehicles under NVTA’s membership with the California Association for Coordinated Transportation (CalACT) and Morongo Basin Transit Authority’s Cooperative RFP 20-01 in an amount not to exceed $930,000.
