Recommended Action
That the Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) Board:
1. Award Construction Contract No. 25-C46 to W.R. Forde Associates, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $678,025.
2. Authorize the Executive Director, or designee, to enter into, allow minor modifications, and execute related documents for Agreement No. 25-C46 with W.R. Forde Associates, Inc. for the construction of the Redwood Park and Ride Improvements project (Project); and
3. Approve a contingency in an amount not to exceed $103,975 for change orders.
