That the Napa Valley Transportation Authority Board authorize the Executive Director, or designee, to execute NVTA Agreement No. 26-C02 with GHD, Inc. for professional planning services associated with the SR29 Comprehensive Multimodal Corridor Plan update in an amount not to exceed $375,000.
