That the Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) Board approve revised Resolution No. 26-01 adopting the Transportation Fund for Clean Air (TFCA) 40% Fund Draft Expenditure Plan for Fiscal Year Ending (FYE) 2027 which includes the Napa County Bikeways program FYE 2027 allocation.
